MJP specializes in trenchless methods of pipe rehabilitation. The Government of BC has endorsed trenchless technologies under their Green Communities Carbon Neutral Framework.

MJP has the capacity to perform high-level quality control inspections for trenchless rehabilitation projects as noted below:

⦁ quality control testing equipment
⦁ personnel trained in confined space entry procedures
⦁ personnel trained and experienced in a variety of quality control procedures for trenchless technologies
⦁ WorkSafeBC certified confined space entry plans, Hazard Assessment and Alternative Measures plans
MJP has performed project management and on-site construction quality reviews for sewer structural rehabilitation and infiltration abatement. We also provide grout injection quality control for soil stabilization around culverts.
We have provided MMCD documentation on these projects, as well as Acceptance Reports. Laboratory tests for CIPP liners are highly recommended as they demonstrate compliance with the specifications and provide assurance that the rehabilitation work will perform well over the long term.
